I read hundreds of reviews on different shopping sites. After reading the reviews about this mattress, I decided to take the plunge and order it. The mattress was delivered in a timely manner. I "rolled" it down the hall and lifted it onto my foundation by myself ( I am a middle-aged, healthy female) and it wasn't that hard. I opened the outer sack as directed. The mattress started expanding as soon as I cut the shrink wrap. Some reviews stated it took a few hours for the mattress to completey expand. The mattress was a full 12" within 20 minutes. My husband works crazy hours, so he had to go to bed at 7:00 that evening. The mattress was fully expanded and ready for him even though I had just opened it around 5:00 pm. We LOVE this mattress.
